Who knew?

So...as well know posting about what I ate everyday failed epically. But, I am trying this new juice cleanse starting on Tuesday called the Blue Print Cleanse. I saw it a while back and it has somehow circled back to me. I know a lot of celebrities do it and it is all natural. They have a lot of doctor recommendations, everyone should go check it out.

Other than that, last night I went to a masquerade and without giving too much details about what happened...I think I met someone that made me feel like all was alright in this world when I laid in his arms. It's like that book that I read where the girl describing when she laid with someone her body just fit with his and everything was comfortable and safe. But with this boy comes a lot of consequences. Possibilities of picking the wrong ones, also the drama that comes with it...my friend who might be interested in the same person. A lot of grey lines I would have to cross, a lot of self doubting of what should be right and what should be wrong.

It is not what you eat but what is eating you

Hello folks!

Today was also not a good day... was in no mood to eat healthy and had no creativity to come up with something new to put on my salads. Plus... I was an idiot and forgot to defrost the salmon the night before. 

The title of this post holds a lot of meaning to it. At least it does to me. Most of the time, my weight gain is the effects of my urge to binge eat when things in my life are not going as planned or i'm still waiting for that something fabulous to live for. I have my goals and I have my ambitions but I feel as if i'm fighting the world with no one by my side.

I guess my MO should be 2 day post coverage

Hello! Delay yet again..... so yesterday I had a semi good day. One of my great friends came over and we made lunch. We had pan seared salmon and marinated beef over a bed of field greens and roasted peppers. For dinner since it WAS the super bowl it definitely was not healthy....me and my friend had mini fresh bake at home pizzas from Whole Foods and some Quorn nuggets with strawberries as a side. 

Today was a bad day in general.... really bad.. that I can't even tell you what I ate but let's just say 5 mini Panera cookies factor into today's failure and we can leave it at that. 

Though... this morning I weighed in at 119.4. That is progress from 123! 

Let's win this diet like how Eli Manning pulled through. MVP! GO GIANTS!

Slight Delay of Day 1 + Day 2

Hello everyone!

Sorry for the delay on the post. Super hectic day yesterday! So... yesterday I ate: 

 

Breakfast: Tofu soup with brown rice

Lunch: Half fjui chicken apple salad (Panera) and 2 small stuffed grape leaves. 1 organic almond milk chocolate pudding

Dinner: Grilled Mackerel fish over a bed of Olivia's Organic 50/50 spinich and field greens with Barcelona vinigrette. 

 

 

I have no picture for yesterday but.. here is what I ate tonight!

Today for breakfast I had home made spinich wrap with beef and eggs in it. Then for lunch I had a BLT. It wasn't as healthy because I didn't prepare lunch and I was running late for the City Tournament that I had in today in Malden. Tomorrow will be a healthier day! I've been trying to get myself in the mood for oatmeal but I seem to only want it for lunch or dinner... I think my taste buds are on a different time zone than me.

Diet Blogging

Hello everyone!

 

So...with the New Year, I have already gained some pounds which means.. now i'm trying to shed them. So everyday I'm going to start logging everything I eat to hopefully help out with losing the weight that I want to lose. My goal is to lose at least 10 pounds. I will let everyone know what I do, what I eat, and what I feel works and helps me feel better! 

Look out for a post tonight which will be highlighting what I did today towards my healthy phase!
